Rakuten TV Europe, S.L.U., a company with registered office a C/ Badajoz, 60, 08005 Barcelona, Spain, with VAT number ES-B65390544, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona, Volume 42153, Page 87, Sheet B-401956 ("Rakuten TV"), is the owner of the website www.enterprise.rakuten.tv (the “Website”).

Acceptance

By accessing, browsing and using the Website, the user (“User”) fully accepts these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, in the version published by Rakuten TV when the User browses the Website. Rakuten TV reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If the User does not agree with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, he/she shall cease to use the Website.

Industrial and intellectual property

Rakuten TV owns all contents on the Website, including but not limited to, texts, images, illustrations, logos, brands (including Rakuten TV brand and its logo), graphics, designs, and source code.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
